What machines are required for the production and assembly of aluminum alloy doors and windows?

A fabrication shop with enough space to put profiles and finished product is basely required. Then according different capacity, machines are different required. A circular saw is a necessary machine, there are single-head saw, double-head cutting mitre saw, three-head cutting machine, cnc cutting center for you to choose, mainly difference is the cutting capacity. Single-head saw one time to cut one profile, together with the loading and unloading profile time, about 90 seconds to cut one profile. The two-head cutting saw one working time could cut two sides for one profile, improved working efficiency. With the technology develop, now the cnc cutting center could connect with working robot in one line, 15 seconds could finish one cutting action and delivery by the robot to next working process, highly improved working efficiency and saving labor cost. Three-head cutting saw is special used to produce doors.  

For hardware holes, there are many hand tools, also have machines to work for improving working efficiency. Such as copy router to mill kinds of holes, water slot milling machine to mill drain hole, lock-hole processing machine to mill lock hole. In the end is the connection of the joints assembly, some clients connect the frames by screws. Mostly connect frames by corner connectors. If connecting by corners, need corner crimping machine like below video.
