High-speed Glass Washing Machine Main Features

1.The main core of the equipment selects aluminum profile material as the structure, and the steel welding is used as the leg structure , there is no scrap concept, and any one of the components can be replaced separately. However, it can achieve permanent use, high efficiency and 70% energy saving. The rest of the sheets are metal parts;  

2.The conveyor rubber roller of the whole machine adopts vulcanized rubber 45# steel shaft structure(can’t contact with acid liquid)   

3.The metal parts of the cleaning part and the water contact parts are all made of stainless steel;

4.The cleaning section and the air-drying section are raised and lowered as a whole, and the maximum lift is 400mm, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

5.Three pairs of brushes(φ175mm) 45# steel shaft configuration(optional for washing soft or low-e) without damaging the coating surface

6.Three pairs of special stainless steel aluminum alloy air knife configuration, high wind force, good air drying effect, speed 8-15 meters per minute, wind belt heating device

7.The main transmission is gear transmission, frequency conversion speed regulation, digital display, and the brush roller of the cleaning section is driven by the upper and lower two sets of motors, which are driven by independent belts. The frequency conversion adjustment is stable, the service life is longer, and special glass with high cleaning requirements is realized.

8.Mechanical button control, washing machine digital display, convenient for workers to operate

10.Hot air heating function: hot air temperature is adjustable, each pair of air knife has hot air heating function, and can be chosen to use or not
